Lifting Beam Style
Anybody has a fundamental example of a raise beam design or knows any handbook or any Excel sheet?
I know about David Ricker document but looking for something more straight forwards and basic
The weight is put up with vertical slings below each finish of beam ánd the beam is certainly catch from best (individual pick and choose) via two angeIed slings. The incline of sling as nicely of the length of slings on best of beam is usually not provided and I put on't understand what I use.
I probably need the incline to figure out the axial load to the béam
Any direction, information is usually very much appreciate it
Also I am wondering these beams are not really laterally supported also at any location so we also cannot claim the unbraced size is the complete duration of beam, am I appropriate or lacking something
Like to find out even more about these beams and lateral support of them too
Thank you
